A complete rehabilitation of a historical hotel. The property has 4 small buildings connected together; which were added to the site at different times. The oldest is a wood frame structure from the 1920s and is one of the first built in Miami Beach with wood shingles finish on the walls and roof. Two 2-story masonry walls buildings of late Art Deco style were added in the 1940s and finally a non-descript 1-story room, which is now used as the hotel's reception, was added during the 1960s. The new floor plan layout has 13 rooms and a new elevator. The total square footage of the project is 6,700 sq. ft.
