Sacha's 1450 Brickell

A 1,500 Sq Ft. restaurant at the Ground Level of a 40 story, curtain wall glass, Class "A", LEED Gold Certified building. The program called for a modern, clean cut design that would go with the fast pace, style conscious workers of the Miami's Financial District. The result was a minimalist functional design. The layout of the different construction elements in the space underscores the horizontal composition of the design with the parallel linear white solid surface countertops in the serving area and the food preparation area and fluted glass panels on top of a long free standing banquet and over the low partition walls. The glass panels absorb and reflect the predominant white and grey color pallet of the space and pick up the color red of the acrylic accent panel in the serving counter wall.
